A project is a short term system having a particular beginning and ending which is only design to produce a unique product(Project Management 2013) Basically it is called short term or temporary but its effect is long term like if I take an example of any monument like Taj Mahal it was designed many centuries ago but the importance of project is still alive. The probability of existing a project depends on the following factors like desires, ideas, demands and problem or correction. To complete a project 10 knowledge areas are considerable Scope, time, cost, quality management, communications, human resources, risk management, procurement, integration and stakeholder management (Project Management 2013)
