Your task:

Review the Case Study of the Geraint family used in Assessment 1, and then write an essay to:

Identify and justify with examples, and then critically analyse four social determinants of health that will impact on the Geraint family as Jason recovers from his accident.

Your essay should follow this format:

1. A Title Page: Your name and student number; the unit code and title; the assessment number and title; the Unit Coordinator; the due date; your word count;

2. An Introduction: Provide a brief overall context for what you will be writing, followed by a clear statement of what your submission will be about;

3. The body of your submission: Write your response, illustrating with specific examples wherever possible. You will need to cite references to support your writing. Use subheadings to provide structure and focus;

4. A Conclusion: Demonstrate how you have answered the assessment question by summarising the key points; and

5. A References list: include all of the sources you have cited in one list, presented in APA 7th format. You should have a minimum of 8- 12 references for this submission. This should include a proportion of peer reviewed sources published within the past five years, and can include articles from your Reading List and/or articles you find through your own search of the UNE Library electronic databases.

2. Critically analyse how your 4 selected social determinants of health will impact on the Geraint family as Jason recovers fit his accident ;

3. Present in essay format using academic tone and language: use APA 7th edition formatting for in-text citations and References list, and use appropriate sources to substantiate your writing.
