The US Department of Education reports that 46% of full-time college students are employed while attending college. A recent survey of 60 full time college students in the State of NY found that 29 were employed.

a) Use the critical value approach to test the hypothesis that proportion of full-time college student in the State of NY who are employed is different from the national norm of 46%. Use the .05 level of significance.

b) Use the p-value approach to test the same hypothesis.
