Question
Improve the following critical reflection according to Tuckman Model "Forming - We have formed a team of four members and decided to work on the topic of "International Projects". To stay connected and exchange information quickly, we have created a team group chat on WhatsApp. As a team, we are happy with our topic and have promised to respect each other's time and complete our assigned tasks on time. Anu has taken the responsibility of managing the team and assigned specific tasks to each member, which has increased our productivity. However, some issues such as who will prepare the presentation and how and when the tasks will be integrated are still unclear, which concerns me a little. Storming - At this stage, our team faced a major issue when two male members of our team decided to form a new team without informing us. As a result, we were left with only two members, which made us frustrated, surprised, hurt, and panicked. We felt it was completely unfair and irresponsible of them not to communicate with us beforehand about their decision to switch teams. With only two of us remaining in the group, we had to reschedule our homework assignments, which added to our frustration as we were already busy with assignments from other courses. We discussed ways to quickly solve this unexpected problem and started working on our homework without delay. However, we failed to discuss some of the more obscure aspects of the tasks. Norming - We have come to an agreement on the timeline and process for completing the outstanding portions of our homework, including the introduction, conclusion, written report, and final submission preparation. Once we completed our respective tasks, we decided to convene and discuss. This approach helped me feel more at ease and productive, as it reduced the uncertainty I had been experiencing. Additionally, my teammate expressed gratitude for our collaboration. Performing - Every member has completed their designated tasks as per the planned schedule. Additionally, they have sought advice from each other on certain aspects that were unclear and could potentially lead to errors. During this time, I found myself to be extremely productive and content with my work. Adjourning - We were happy to have completed our homework successfully and were ready for submission. Although we faced some difficult and frustrating moments while working with the team, we overcame them together."
