This is an assignment and question is : Reflect on a critical incident involving the supervision process, highlighting the key learning from this incident? What did you find good or not so good about this incident as regards supervision? I wrote the assignment, but without references. So if you can please add references to support the assignment we should only use three references and it should be written in Harvard referencing . The word limit is 750 words not more than that . The assignment is about supervision in health care and is also about thinking in a critical way of bringing an example from my experience in my job and supported by literature references related to the topic . Attached you can find references which our doctor gave us to use or if you like to bring references from Google that's ok, but is should be from the date of 2008 till now and not to use old references. This paragraph is an example from my last assignment just to give you an idea of how it should be written : The duality of peer assessment is similar to teaching; a teacher imparts knowledge to students, but also must assume the role of learner as students can convey knowledge, too. Peer assessment is intended to "support and enhance learning" (NUIG, 2011).
