This assessment takes the form of a critical analysis of a selected topic. The topics are presented below.  

  • Career Management
  • Psychological Contract

This assessment must include at least two thousand words (excluding references), so the analysis must be selective. Once you have chosen a topic, you must read the appropriate academic literature to critically analyze, compare, and make recommendations. Once you have selected a topic, you must read the proper academic literature to enable you to analyze, compare and make recommendations critically. Including a minimum of fifteen scholarly references.

Part 1 - The purpose of a stand-alone literature review is to provide a summary, synthesis and critical evaluation of the literature relevant to your specific research question or aim. Within the review, you need to identify patterns, consensus, inconsistencies, discrepancies, problems or gaps based on the body of literature. Ultimately, the literature review will contribute something new to the topic, so it will not be a discussion that has been repeated or previously established in the past.

Part 2- Evaluate which Career Management type or Psychological Contract best fits you currently and why? What you present in Part 2 should support the argument you developed in Part 1.
