1. How you would like to implement them in your field of expertise/interest and to organize these so there is a clear logic that leads to a justification for your main argument.

2. The argument does not have to be developed in the full form but it should provide the essence of the latter, and should form a logical perspective. At this point, it's not important whether you have any evidence or citations to back up your claims;

3. After you have developed an outline of your argument, you can then assess where the holes are in your logic and evidence, and what you need to do to fill them in.

4. Construct the best argument you can with your present knowledge.
