  • develop recommendations for future learning arrangements/programs

You can role play, be observed in the workplace, write a paper explaining what you have done or submit a portfolio of work place evidence of your ability to foster critical 

A portfolio of evidence must:

  • cover all aspects of the evidence requirements for this particular unit
  • show that you used critical thinking and that you followed appropriate processes to help team members develop useful and usable critical and creative thinking skills
