1. Choose an organization, which successfully created an innovation strategy based on fostering the innovation culture in the organization, and write a little bit about it. (approx. 200 words)

2. Identify what sources of innovation can the organisation use in order to achieve its objective of sustaining a pipeline of innovative products and services? (approx. 500 words)

3. Consider the roles of lead-user and open innovation used by this organization, indicating whether or not these are relevant to the success of their innovation strategy. (approx. 200 words).

4. Explain to what extent is this organisation faced with disruptive innovation. (approx. 150 words)

5. Explain if service innovation is something that can be developed by this organisation? (approx. 150 words)
