Background of the project
Owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, the travel restrictions has urged the need for video inspections of the buildings and facility sites The creation of a smart-tech building inspection system will enable to track the progress of the work and allocate certain responsibilities to the working team as well ( Tsai, Chan & Liu, 2020). The following project aims to develop a remote video technology to carry on the building site inspections, despite the Stage 4 restrictions levied due to pandemic
