Creating a Flexible Organization, describes the various ways organizations arrange themselves to achieve their goals and accomplish tasks. The structure of an organization is a function of the type of organization it is such as service or manufacturing, the various departments within the organization, and the geographic spread of the organization. It is important to understand the ways organizations structure themselves in order to achieve their goals.

Regardless of the structure, building teamwork within the organization is critical for success. It encourages individuals to work collaboratively, share their unique strengths and perspectives, and achieve common goals.

2. Covid forced many employees to work from home. Some companies have now required their employees to return to work at least a few days a week. Based on what you heard from the video, do you agree or disagree that employers should require their employees to return to work at least some days?
