Airline Itinerary Assignment

You are creating an airline itinerary for a family of 4, (mother, father, son 10 years old and daughter 13 years old) who are looking to take a trip from Toronto. Please plan and price their itinerary accordingly. Do not forget to include which airline they will be travelling, dates, times (arrival and departure) and cost. Attraction costs must also be included in the itinerary as well as hotel (costs and star rating). Their budget is $20,000 Canadian dollars. Be sure to include the total cost to the family in your itinerary including taxes. Also research any visa, passport or COVID information that should be included in your itinerary.

They are looking to travel for 21 days to the following destinations:
• Calgary - would like to attend the Stampede
• Vancouver - while in Vancouver they would like to attend one attraction for the family
• Los Angeles - they would like to visit Disney Land
• Hawaii - visit a volcano
• Chicago - city boat tour
• New York - hop on hop off bus trip for the day to see Empire State building (top deck), Statue of Liberty and Ground Zero and an evening show

They are Air Canada Aeroplan members and would like to use an alliance if possible as well. Not all airlines need to be part of the alliance when creating this itinerary. Think of the budget.

The assignment must be in an itinerary format (please use an itinerary template).

You will be graded on the itinerary, costing and how convenient the itinerary is for the demographic of client you have.
