Creating a work breakdown structure (WBS) is a required step in formulating a schedule.

Several tools and techniques to create a WBS exist. To find out about these methods, perform a search among reliable resources (in particular, you can read Section 2.6.2.2. Scope Definition in A guide to the project management body of knowledge (PMBOK ® Guide) and Page 2 of Module 1: Management functions). Select the method of creating a WBS you are most comfortable with and explain why.

Also, describe a project example or situation where this method is appropriate with rationale why it is appropriate.
