Question: The process of 40 POINTS fulfilling customer's needs and creating a satisfying dining experience begins when the customer walks through the door and ends when the customer leaves. Using process mapping, lean, and other process management techniques, design the overall process and sub-processes that would create a good customer experience. For this assignment, please label each step 1, 2, 3, and each sub-step la., 1b., etc.
