The work is considered fairly clean, but it is essentially manual labor. The most important aspects of the work are timeliness and accuracy. So, it is important for Total Toys to honor their relationship with Amazon, UPS, and their customers.determine whether there are potential career paths or job ladders that will motivate the workers.
