• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers to the same patient
• Patient engagement
• How the patients would be benefitted, like through Patient Portals?
• Download health record, make doctor appointments, request refills
• What technologies are new?
• EHR components: Patient management, clinical component, Lab component, Radiological Information System, clinical Decisions Support system
