Continuing with the scenario from your product overview, report your findings and recommendations to the stakeholders of your company.

Your job is to help the company launch a new pet food line. The food line will be for both cats and dogs, and the company is excited because the product is made of all natural ingredients. You will need to make some key strategic recommendations about how to launch and promote this new product line. Create a presentation to share your recommendations with the stakeholders within your company. this the product overview

It is clear here that marketing is to be done to customer (Dog owner) not the consumer (Dog). Hence after deciding the target market stategies can be formulated out. We need to sell benefits not the product to the buyer. As mentioned above benefits starategies can be rolled out.

1. Packaging: It must be simpler and clear with images that creates urge to pick the product from shelf

2. Price:Must be in linear as human buys his own food. Human himslef never buy food which is tasteless and have no nutritional value. Same applies here too.

3. Placement: Should be easily available, Online, at pet shops, hyper markets etc

4. Promotion: Promoting the product by educating the buyer about the benefit of the dog food when consumed. Once positive and improving symptoms are there. Word of mouht also helps to grow the market share.
