You have been hired as a consultant for a mid-sized IT consulting firm named 'IT First' that does IT work for clients and: employs a combined ~300 individuals, performs some work (for their clients) in their own offices in Michigan and Ohio (2 offices, total), and have some employees who are doing IT work at client sites within both states (approximately 15 client sites). IT First's employees' roles range from coders to network admins, database administrators and analysts to project managers, and they assist their clients in whatever way is needed: from application coding, to business intelligence, to creating software apps, and more.

List the first 8-10 steps for a risk management plan for the company IT First. Remember, you are a consulting firm that creates risk management plans.
