The CEO of your company, a large car dealership company, has created a new department for handling disputes. It is intended that the department handle three types of disputes: (1) between employees, (2) between the company and its customers and (3) between the company and outside contractors. The company has requested that you draft a report to the board of directors of explaining how and why a range of ADR methods specifically including Negotiation, Mediation and Arbitration could be used to help resolve all three types of disputes. Draft and submit your report to the Board specifically covering the following issues:

(A) How this range of ADR options could help resolve each type of dispute more favorable to the company in terms of costs, profits and customer satisfaction.

(B) The requirements and limitations of ADR in resolving each type of dispute.

(C) The advantages and disadvantages of each type of ADR in comparison to each other and to formal litigation

(D) How contracts should be prepared or revised to gain the maximum benefits from the use of all three ADR methods.
