Question: We will be detailing effective approaches and models for leadership roles in LTC. For your initial discussion post, you will create your own effective leadership model. This model may be presented as a table, flow chart or graph. Your model should have a name (e.g. James'' Model for Successful Leadership), and should have at least 5 constructs that make up your model. For example, you might believe communication, team building and transparency are foundational constructs for your model. Once you have identified your constructs, you will describe why they are imperative for effective leadership in LTC. I have attached some examples for you to review as you create your own models: Leadership model examples. Feel free to be as creative as possible.

Your initial response should be at least one full page in length (please provide your initial response as an attachment) and all peer responses should be at least 75 words in length. For this week''s peer responses, you should provide a thoughtful reaction to your peers'' model, while also comparing and contrasting your own model constructs with your peers'' constructs. Ensure all initial posts contain 2 cited and referenced sources in proper APA format (your Learning Resource readings may be used as one of these sources). In addition, ensure all posts contain proper grammar and sentence structure, and appropriate organizational flow.
