You rushed into the program manager's office expecting the worst. However, you do feel confident you can address any issues that may come up in the meeting because of your preparation. Your program manager starts off by letting you know that he has been very impressed with all of the work you and your team have completed up to this point and appreciate everyone's dedication. He mentioned to you that your communication system and plan is one of the main reasons why all of the stakeholders are confident in your leadership on this project and in your team's abilities. After complimenting you on your great work he pulled out a copy of your communication management plan and pointed out a key item that was missing in your plan. You realized the communication flow chart was missing from your plan. The program manager told you that he was going to share your plan with the other program managers at the organization, but noticed the chart was missing. He thought your plan should be something that all of the other project teams should be using throughout the organization. He recommends that you create your flow chart and place it into your communication.
