Create workout programs for the off-season, the pre-season, and the in-season for a basketball player. Program must include Resistance training, Plyometrics, Speed, Change of direction, and Agility.

Program will include all training weeks for the off-season, the pre-season, and the in-season. Perform your own research to determine typical season lengths for your athlete, then structure your season lengths accordingly. The program should be produced in a table format. You may use Microsoft Word or Excel to produce your tables.

The pre-season mesocycle will include practice and the in-season mesocycle will include practice and games or competitions. Include any practice and games or competitions in your weekly training programs for your pre-season and in-season mesocycles.
