How would you create a work breakdown Structure (WBS) for a passenger-to-freighter conversion. This means an aircraft will be converted from a passenger aircraft to one that will only load cargo. The aircraft is an Airbus A330. The company responsible for the conversion is Elbe Flugzeugwerke GmbH based in Dresden Germany. The WBS is to comprise of one lvl 1 and at least four lvl 2.
