The best carriers of the vision are the individuals who "get it" and are part of the "guiding coalition" which can influence others around them. Their influence and relationships will allow the message to be heard and even persuade those that may be on the fence. With the correct individuals, the notice of change can become solicited. This group must understand that not all employees have the same understanding of the need for change. The internal group needs to plan strategically how the change vision and communication will be implemented. The approach cannot be of persuading but more of changing the employees' perspective to want to change and sell themselves on the change. How does your organization create a vision for change?
