In 1996, Mercedes partnered with Swatch watchmakers to create the Smart car. This two-seat, 8-ft. long car is targeted to Generation Y. Swatch has a unique selling proposition (USP) -- the owner can actually change the color of the car by switching the side panels. For example, in February, the owner might want a blue and white car, and in April, the owner might want to change it to canary yellow and white! The car has a unique look, has surpassed safety rating expectations, and, of course, is good on fuel. The company has decided to conduct a survey to determine customer satisfaction with the car among those in the test market. Create two survey questions to measure customer satisfaction in this case.
