Overview

The purpose of this project is to understand the steps and holistic approach towards the development and integration of an enterprise system. You will evaluate and understand the strategic direction of the given organization at its core and document the foundations of what drives its purpose. The goal is to familiarize you with both an external and internal process evaluation in order to provide a comprehensive view of all system components.

Milestone5 ONLY - Sequence and E-R Diagram and Final Deliverables

1. Create three sequence diagrams depicting specific object interaction and method/message exchange with parameters needed to complete each object request

2. Create one E-R diagram depicting those data entities and their corresponding relationships; include appropriate attributes, including a primary key for each entity

3. Summary of all milestones

4. Suggestions for improvements

For Milestone #5 Create Sequence and E-R Diagrams, Key Business Process Descriptions and Flow Models, and Conclusions with Recommended Next Steps for Implementation.

For Milestone 5, produce an Enterprise Integration Architecture Specification for Netflix (AWS Case Study) and complete sections from the modified Enterprise Integration Project template that includes sections for Milestones 4 and 5 only. Make sure your Enterprise Integration Architecture Specification builds on your Milestone #4 (attached) submission and includes the following sections summarized in the Ent Integration Project part 2 template:

1. Mapping Technical Architecture Requirements to Information Integration Design Patterns

2. Data Flow Diagram: Create three sequence diagrams depicting specific component/service interaction and method/message exchange with parameters needed to complete each component/service request.

3. Metadata and Relationship Model: Create one E-R diagram depicting Metadata entities associated with key components exposing public service interfaces and their corresponding relationships; include appropriate attributes and primary key for each component entity.

4. Key Business Process Descriptions and Flow Models

5. Conclusions and Recommended Next Steps for Implementation

Make sure your Milestone #5 sections are consistent with previous milestone submissions. Information & Process Design Reviews can be folded into Conclusions and Recommended Next Steps since the Design Reviews need to be conducted with stakeholders, but you can include plans on conducting the Design Reviews in the Design Reviews template sections. Upload your team completed Enterprise Integration Architecture Specification assignment by the due date for Milestone #5 assessment
