We will focus on retention as it pertains to the Coswki Police Department. We will take you on a journey with Recruit Daniel Patsey from his first day on the job and throughout his lifecycle with the Coswki Police Department . Recruit Patsey journey will focus on the points that we believe will make him a great officer an why he stayed throughout his career. The Coswki Police Department as planned to increased retention by implementing the following strategies: Officer Assistance Program, Promotion and Cohesion. Through these steps we have concluded that by utilizing these practices will retain and attract highly qualified candidates to our police department.
