She thinks she may be pregnant because she and her husband of 4 years have been trying to have a baby for the past 6 months. An appointment is made with Barbara to determine if she is pregnant and to begin prenatalcare if she is. A pregnancy test confirms that Barbara is pregnant. Barbara discloses to the nurse that her husband is losing his job in the next two weeks. Barbara is worried about medical care and food for her family.
