Exercise 1

Create a new database file "Access-Visit" then perform the following:

1. Create table with name "visit Details" contains the following fields:
• VisitNo : Number and make it as a Primary Key
• VisitType: Short Text
• TreatmentCode: Number
• TreatmentPrice: Currency
• TreatmentDate : Date/Time
2. Insert the first record in the table

Exercise 2
Create a new database file "Access-Student" then perform the following:
I Create table with name "Student" contains the following fields:
• SID: data type is number and make it as a primary key
• Sname: data type is short text
• Joindate: data type is date/time
• Payment: data type is currency
• Gender : data type is yes/no

2. Insert the second record in the table

Use the file FinalExam.accdb which contains Products table with the following information:

A: Create the following Queries:

• Query that view all information for product that have productID equal "12". Save it as Query 1.

• Query that view fields (ProductID, ProductName, Order, Price) for all Product of "mouse" and the Order is less than or equal 50". Save it as Query2.

• Query that view fields ((ProductID, ProductName, Stock,Price)) for all products that stock equal 40 or price more than 1000. Save it as Query3.

• Query that view all the products that have Stock is more than or equal 100 and order is less than 100.Save it as Query4.

• Query that view all the products that have Stock is more than or equal 100 and less than or equal 400.Save it as Query5.

• Query that view all information about product contains e letter in its name.Save it as Query6

B: Create the following form:

• Justified Form that views all Products based on Product table. Save the Form by Product_Form.

C: Create the following Report:

• A Stepped report based on Product table that view all information classified by product name. Save the report by your name.
