Create the initial phase of a leadership hiring plan.

Discuss advantages and disadvantages with the board of directors and the committee for hiring an HRM in your plan. Topics to include are: Why hire an HRM for this new company? Discuss from both perspectives and explain the need for HRM professionals. The other topic is to consider is the organization comprises only 500 employees. Are HRMs needed for a company that size?

In your proposed hiring plan, you will want to identify the type of knowledge, skills, and abilities in the selection of your top five leaders. Explain why the knowledge, skills, and abilities for the top five leaders are needed. Include median wages expected to pay for the resources you are proposing in your hiring plan for those top five leaders (Noe, et al., 2019, p. 20). As part of your plan, the student will be sure to explain to the leadership committee why the leaders will be hiring an HR professional as a matter of importance.

Identify the type of knowledge, skills, and abilities for your first five leaders you will hire. Explain your reasoning. Expand on two other job families concerning labor resources needed. Example, if a manufacturing firm, then the manufacturing technicians will be part of the labor resource plan. The student will include median wages expected to pay for the resources you are proposing in your hiring plan for those top five leaders (Noe, et al., 2019, p. 20).

As part of your plan, you will be sure to explain to the board of directors, why the leaders will be hiring an HR professional as a matter of importance. What and why is an HRM's role and responsibilities deemed as important? Why will the company hire a workforce from five generations? The student will counter two objections in your assignment from shareholders as to why NOT to hire an HRM for your new company. One objection to hiring an HR professional and the other is because you have only 500 employees.
