Instructions

Use Microsoft Project to create a project budget and a project schedule. You first develop your project schedule. Then, you include the budget for all the project-related costs. Include costs for each task in your project schedule, with a minimum of 20 line items in the schedule.

Complete the following steps for this assignment:

A. Create your project schedule in Microsoft Project. Include tasks, durations, dependencies, resources, and a Gantt chart.

B. Develop a budget in Microsoft Project or Microsoft Excel that includes the cost for each task, as well as subtotals and a total cost.

C. Add references to your project budget and schedule in the Project Plan Template.

D. Create the executive summary for your project plan.

a. Note that it should explain who, what, where, when, why, and how.

b. Be sure to include:

i. Project summary and benefits.
ii. Project start and completion dates (or duration).
iii. Estimated project cost.
iv. Resources needed and supporting evidence.

E. Submit your final project plan, including your executive summary, budget, and schedule.
