Value-Driven Business Profile

Creating a Values-Driven Business Profile- The goal is to create some basic elements of a new company that are driven by the values you selected.

Think of this as a document you will distribute to new employees during their first week on the job.

The document should be no less than 2,000 words and follow the format below (you must provide a "word count").

Use resources from the class along with external resources that support your statements. Remember to utilize your values as the basis for creating policies and guidelines for your company.
