Question: Create short information leaflets which could be used in the NHS to provide information to sufferers of a range of common disease types. You should prepare one leaflet for each of the following diseases - diabetes, whooping cough, norovirus, ieukaemia, sickie ceii anaemia, Huntingtons disease . Your leaflets should take into account the cause of the disease, the mode of transmission of the causative agent (if relevant), symptoms and treatment for each disease. In the two leaflets on sickle cell anaemia and Huntington's disease you should include Punnett square diagrams to explain how they are inherited and the likelihood of any offspring inheriting the disease. [Word count - 200 words per leaflet]
