Create a schematic that represents the main elements of the IT project below:

IT Project:

Implement an online workflow system for use by all departments in the organization to enable routing and approval of controls to replace existing paper based systems, such as expense reporting, vacation requests, new hire approvals, etc.

The diagram should be a logical depiction of the main data elements, program functions, people driven processes, and network connectivity (local and cloud). The diagram needs to provide a picture of the solution that is clear and understandable by all stakeholders from CEOs to line mangers, to programmers, to trainers, and to clerical staff. Show interfaces to legacy systems where appropriate. Only include those elements that are relevant to the scope elements of your project. Use any version of MS Visio software to create the drawing.
