Similar to what you did in the last module using HFACS, create a realistic hypothetical accident scenario, or use a real accident from the NTSB Investigations. This time, describe SHELL at a high level and demonstrate how SHELL can be applied to the accident to help determine causation. Discuss the strengths and weaknesses that you observed with the application of this approach.

Finally, compare the strengths and weaknesses of the two approaches you've used, HFACS and SHELL. Reply to at least two colleagues by providing meaningful input into their comparative accident analysis.
