Cases (100%) Indoapril is a supermarket that sells consumer products, where their products are partially supplied by distributors (vendors). Currently Indoapril has 5 branches, most of which are operations are still run manually, including at the point of sale and ordering goods.

Store operations are carried out independently which means each store has its own and separate system. Sales system: customer buys an item, the cashier enters the code of the goods and the amount manually, and they only accept cash as payment. Re-stock system: every night employees will go around to see and items that are depleted, or nearly exhausted. Then by using staff email, they will order goods to the vendor. When Indoapril receives goods, employees will enter data through a system that will update the stock and also create the receipt report. This report will also be used by vendors to collect Indoapril along with invoices from Vendors. Based on the vendor invoice and receipt report this financial part will pay the invoice suppliers. Due to the choice of location, price, and goods sold, Indoapril's revenue grew, but was followed by some issues, such as inaccurate stock data, stock is empty due to booking delays. To support customer interest, Indoapril also increases the number and variety of goods trade. Although this is able to increase sales, but also make Indoapril left behind in terms of refilling items as the number of items to be inspected increases.
