1) Purpose of te Project is to apply concepts and techniques of Lean Thinking to analysis of real problems of an organisation and to draw up effective action plan for transformation of the business.
2) Expected to use diverse sources of information and to perform original analysis rather than summarize or rehash existing work. Encouraged to use conditions and data from their own experience where possible.
