Customized resource palnning will emphasis more the extent of dependencies of various departments on particular resources. This helsp to prioritize the resources according to the needs of the organization and enhacne cordination between the various departments. There are the traditional ways of adapting to the ERP system whats is readily availabe in the market and organize accordingly. Now technology has given a new eye for vision to customize the ERP. This helps the organization to concentrate more on the required level sof resources and efficiently manage and set values for optimum utilization of resources and increase the productivity.
