Create one small activity that you could use as an "ice breaker" activity for a new team, that has been assembled by an organization to work on a marketing development project.

Scenario:

This is intended for use at a corporate retreat that has been required to go online due to the pandemic in 2020.

Audience:

Who is your audience? The audience is a set of corporate marketing employees which includes everyone from the top VP to the marketing support personnel. The meeting ice-breaker can be intended for the whole department but it will be used for each concurrent break-out group during one of the day's agenda items.

Time frame: 10 minutes + but not more than 15 including the leader of the team providing instructions and participants completing the activity

Goal: Ice-Breaker to help the team members start to meet and understand each other.

Format: You will create 1) a guide for the person leading the activity which includes instructions, the technology needed, etc. to successfully deliver the activity and 2) information needed for participants to complete the activity. This can include verbal instructions from the leader, a PowerPoint slide, handouts (on Teams of course), or any other medium you choose.
