As a researcher, it is important to acquire knowledge and create new knowledge in various situations and then design implementation strategies within situations or organizations that have the potential to enhance performance.

To accomplish these objectives researchers must consider a variety of potential resources to use and sources of knowledge.

Your performance in this course demonstrates your ability and desire to make a difference in your chosen career field. Also, Students must become experts in their capstone study topic and in the method and design they will use to conduct their master's degree capstone study.

They must proactively seek information in their field of study by searching the literature and retaining annotated bibliographies of pertinent research. Students also must proactively seek scholarly sources and learning methods and designs from research books published by researchers who are known experts on method and design when applying their research conclusions and recommendations.

Second question, 250 words.

To complete a capstone research project, Students must be organized and tenacious. Writing a capstone manuscript requires extensive time and energy.

Students have busy lives, and writing a capstone is just one of many important activities, recognizing that there will be times when progress is slow or when life becomes so hectic that little progress is made.

Students must also seek and leverage feedback. Facilitators, mentors, committee members, and others will provide Students with feedback. Learning how to understand, accept, and leverage that feedback is critical.

To develop the knowledge and skills needed to be successful, Students are also encouraged to continuously self-reflect and document their thinking.

Thinking reflexively is foundational to learning and to articulating and rethinking how we conceptualize the world based on discussion, activities, and so on. Students should consider what knowledge, skills, and insights they are gaining, and should consider the implications of these for the current day and for the future.
