Prescribe a course of action (initiative or project) for PepsiCo that will improve its value creation process or create more value for the stakeholders of PepsiCo. This should completely explain what you are suggesting PepsiCo implement to enhance its value and why.

The Action Plan and Timetable:

After explaining the proposal in term of "what" you propose and "why" this proposal would increase value, you need to generate an action plan for the implementation of the project/proposal. This action plan portion needs to describe the actions, or tactics to be taken by each involved stakeholder or party, the timing of the action, and an estimate of the spending involved in this action.

For example, an action may look like this:

The marketing department will be responsible for working with outside advertising agencies to take bids and outsource the advertising campaign for our new XXXX brand with an advertising budget of $15,000,000. This action will take place after the characteristics and specifications of our new XXXX brand are tested in the market and agreed upon by project leadership. We estimate that this will occur 9 to 12 months into implementation of the proposal.
