Task Details

Using the floor plan, which is provided in Blackboard, create a model in REVIT of the two-story residential structure following the specifications which are provided below. Note that some asset models included in REVIT may not map perfectly onto the floor plan as the assets are shown on the floor plan. The second story needs only a floor connected to the stairs mirroring the main hallway and foyer on the first floor and using same asset material. The actual floor plan for the second floor should be disregarded.

Floors (not modified): Wood joist 10'' wood finish.
Garage area floor (not modified): Concrete slab-4''.
Powder, Ensuite, tiled shower floor: Wood joist 10''- ceramic tile.
Exterior Walls (modified): Exterior brick on wood stud. Modify Structure [1] Softwood, Lumber to 1 1/2, Finish [1] Brick, Common to 1 5/8.
Interior walls (not modified): Basic Wall Interior- 4 ¾ Partition.
Doors (modified): single-flush 30'' X 80'' edit width to 1' 6''.
Windows (not modified): Fixed with Trim 36'' X 48''.
3 windows on North facing wall in main foyer (not modified): Fixed with trim 24'' x 48''.
Stairs (Modified): Assembled Stair residential- Left open. Set minimum tread width to 2' 00'', adjust stair width manually to 2' 6'' when placed.
