A datset is provided on a 3 factor factorial on the amount of rot on a potatoe crop. The variables are:

Type of Bacteria
Temperature level
Oxygen level

Create interaction plots (there a 3 seperate plots, Bacteria and Temp, Bacteria and Oxygen, Temp and Oxygen).

Perform F-tests and make conmclusions on what type of model you have.

Create and test/CI a main effect contrast on Bateria (1 and 2) vs. 3.

A technical training school, located in 3 cities: Atlanta, Chicago and San Fransisco, wanted to determine if there differences in student scores for the 3 locations. Two instructors were chosen from each location, and then two students chosen from each instructor. The data are located here
