You will create Current State Models. Before making any changes the Hiring Process Team needs to see and agree upon what the starting point is.
Future State: You will also create Future State Models to review with the Hiring Process Team. These Future State Models will then be used to communicate with stakeholders and then train the Hiring Process Team.
Using the template and Case Study provided in the Week 10 folder you will submit the below slides for the provided Case Study:
Provide 2 key Metrics that should be measured in this Process Improvement Project (2 point)
Provide 1 SMART Objective for the Process Improvement Project (2 point)
Context Diagram: Current State (4 points): Highlight are provided to indicate the root cause of problem, and the areas of improvement
Traceability Matrix: (6 points): Current State Requirements in a table, numbered, described unambiguously with traceability to your Objectives and Context Diagram. At least 6 requirements. All must be measurable. Can be a mix of functional and non-functional Current State requirements. Colour code the requirements that will need to be revised for Future State, and colour code the requirements that need to be maintained for Future State.
Context Diagram: Future State (2 points): Highlight the areas that are changed from the Current State
Traceability Matrix: (3 points): Future State Requirements in a table, numbered, described unambiguously with traceability to your Objectives and Context Diagram. At least 6 requirements. All must be measurable. Can be a mix of functional and non-functional Future State requirements. Colour code the requirements that were changed or are new, and colour code those were not changed.
