Suppose you have been selected to perform the recruiting and staffing training program for group of new human resource management (HRM) employees at health care company. You require creating the proposal for organization outlining your strategy for training program.

Write six to eight page paper in which you:

1. Prepare the overview of process and steps involved in human resource planning, recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and hiring of employees.

2. Create comprehensive strategy for training new employees. Focusing on role of new employees in the organization.

3. Suggest two to four training strategies aimed at motivating employees to learn main aspects about their new jobs.

4. Find out main issues which human resource management employees would be probable to encounter in health care field. Create a plan which will allow new employees to address each issue that includes instructional strategies, resources which will be utilized, and evaluation criteria for determining success.

5. Create at least three visual components which improve program you have outlined, like charts or diagrams.
