Group development and cohesion are so important to any organization. Through the activities in this competency, you reviewed the topics of group dynamics, cooperation, conflict, innovation, and cohesion.

Create a chart reflecting the various teams within your department or division including the positions/titles that work within each team. You will use this information to look at group dynamics with regard to conflict, cooperation, and innovation. Keep in mind that you can use the same organization that you selected in Competency.

It is suggested that you maintain the same organization for each of these assessments and develop each of these areas as you go. The more you work with the same organization, the more you will be able to see how each of these areas are interconnected. Plus, you will use information that you gather across this course to develop your assessment.
