It has become obvious that this year, the front lobby area, the physician offices and the break room needs to be updated. Some of the chairs in the front lobby are broken, Dr. B’s chair is held together with duct tape, and Dr. C’s computer does not work properly (all of the physician’s computers are at least 7 (seven) years old or older and all of the furniture at least 10 years old. Looking about the lobby, office area, and breakroom the carpeting needs to be cleaned or replaced and the walls need to be painted. You have been told that you may have $50,000 to make the needed updates to the office.
Using an excel spreadsheet, create a budget for the updates to be performed. Identify how much and on what the money will be spent include the lobby area, all four physician offices, and the break area. Be very specific.
