You have been given a report from the CRM system used by Sophia's Software, Inc. Sophia's is a software-as-a-service company that licenses its software products to customers. Sophia's is trying to better understand its customer attrition (customers who do not review their subscriptions.)

If a customer has a subscription end date, the customer has attritted (or not renewed its subscription). If the customer does not have a subscription end date, the customer is active and has renewed its subscription. In the table above, Customer 62 is active; whereas Customer 43 has attritted.

In addition the information from Sophia's CRM system, the Company also categorizes its customers by annual revenue range as follows:
