Instructions:

Determine the nature of your audience. To whom is your manifesto addressed? How broad in scope will your focus be? Is your manifesto only to North America, Canada, Ontario, or your own community? Are you speaking to youth, parents, educators, and those who design the system?
Identify various principles, strategies, beliefs, and values that will help guide and shape your manifesto. Your work must explain how you propose to redefine the structure (who attends) and the content (what is taught) of schools. Be sure to use the many lenses you are familiar with to help shape your thinking and guide your explanation.
Your finished product could be a written document - like the one created by the SCLC - or you could consider making it more dynamic by using images and other elements to help present your points.
