For this assignment, I would like you to create an onboarding process for new employees and some sort of re-training for existing employees.

Using your text, personal experience, and other sources of your choosing (please remember to cite sources using APA format), design a process for new employees to integrate into the company (training, workshops, one-on-one, etc.) and a program for existing employees to support their positions or to enhance it by learning something new.

Be creative! Remember you are striving to build an all-inclusive, diverse, highly functional, productive team. Consider the mindsets and goals you want to be reached. What needs to be taught or re-taught?

Your deliverable can a PowerPoint or a written proposal of at least 2 pages in length and follow APA format if citing outside sources.
